This is week one of a six-week series.
This six-week series will help family caregivers learn more about dementia care, stress relief, and strengthening the relationship with the person with memory loss through the use of mindfulness practices and increased knowledge about dementia.
Each session will include a practice of mindfulness concepts. A book will be provided at no cost to the participants. Please plan to attend all 6 sessions. Register ahead so we may order book for you. Dates of all six sessions are: May 7, 14, 21, 28, and June 4 and 11, 2021
